1. Scope of Services

Real Titan Network provides marketing consulting, virtual assistant services, and lead generation support to real estate professionals. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not engage in the sale or listing of real property. Our services are limited to providing marketing tools, strategies, and support personnel to assist clients in their own business activities.

2. Fees and Payment

Clients agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing schedule and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Real Titan Network reserves the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due.

3. Refunds

Our refund policy is strictly governed by the terms outlined in our separate Refund Policy page. Please refer to that document for detailed information regarding eligibility and procedures for refunds.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do Not Call (DNC) registry rules, and fair housing laws. Real Titan Network provides tools and support, but the ultimate responsibility for legal compliance in outreach lies with the Client.

5. Data Ownership

Any data provided by the Client to Real Titan Network for the purpose of service delivery remains the property of the Client. Real Titan Network claims no ownership over Client-provided leads or customer lists. Conversely, proprietary methodologies, software, and marketing materials provided by Real Titan Network remain our intellectual property.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our website or in our materials are the property of Real Titan Network or other third parties. You are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of Real Titan Network or such third party which may own the Mark.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party that is designated as confidential or that, given the nature of the information or circumstances surrounding its disclosure, reasonably should be considered confidential.

8. Disclaimers

REAL TITAN NETWORK SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS, NUMBER OF APPOINTMENTS, OR SALES CLOSURES, AS THESE DEPEND ON MARKET CONDITIONS AND CLIENT’S OWN SALES PROCESSES.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REAL TITAN NETWORK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
