Refund Policy

Overview

At Real Titan Network, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our services. However, due to the nature of our services, which often involve real-time labor, proprietary data access, and third-party costs, our refund policy is strictly structured as follows.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Setup fees for marketing campaigns.
  • Hours already worked by Virtual Assistants.
  • Data or leads that have already been delivered or accessed.
  • Consulting hours that have been utilized.

Requests for refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if there has been a material failure by Real Titan Network to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the service agreement.

2. Procedures for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our billing department at billing@realtitannetwork.com. Your request must include:

  • Your full name and account information.
  • The specific service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • A detailed explanation of why you believe a refund is warranted, including any supporting documentation.

3. Timely Reporting Requirements

Any issues regarding service quality or billing discrepancies must be reported to Real Titan Network within seven (7) days of the incident or invoice date. Failure to report issues within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the services and/or charges, and no refund will be issued.

4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used.

5. Changes to This Policy

Real Titan Network reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
